Weird... if you read the text, it says they were damaged, and the first reporter in the video says they were damaged, but Al says they weren't... what's the real story?

I think the Courthouse Square was damaged, and not the actual building. Would that be the theater and other buildings around it?

Why in the hell would they not have the film/music in a vault that is um at least somewhat fireproof? I mean something that can withstand a reasonable amount of time to allow for removal of items or put out that portion of the fire.

the whole courtyard was burnt. They have duplicates of the films.. probably the reason for not fire proofing.
