Biggest letdown T.V. Premier

Shield. Man that first season was horrible. Haven't had a desire to watch anymore. Yes, yes I hear it got good. But still no desire.

Supergirl would be another. Horribly written.

There's plenty more that I loved but the others didn't hence their cancelation.

I was letdown by the premiere of Supergirl, but I stuck with it and I enjoy it now. Was disappointed with the new Muppet show, haven't watched an episode since the premiere.

The ones that stick out most in my mind are arrow and gotham. Gotham I stopped watching after the first episode. Arrow I tried to make it through the first season and never did. I heard everyone saying season two was better, and I started getting into the flash, so I skipped ahead and started season two. Still only watched one episode of season 2, but all these crossovers and new characters Ive been seeing really got me interested in trying to see it through. Anyone think its worth it? Also, these recent superhero shows seem light years behind in special effects its kind of off putting.

I didn't have high expectations for those, but certainly wasn't very impressed by what I saw. That cross-over special looks terrible.

Viper the tv series about a super advanced car. I thought it was going to be the next Knight Rider.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that one. One of the problems I had with that show...besides the bad writing, is that they didn't have this guy as the main character.

Under the Dome, oh man I forgot that, a really good book that they just threw out the window....bad acting , that show just spiraled out of control.

Continnum....also, such a nice idea, although ripped off of a dozen others.

Not planning on watching it, as I didn't even watch the original series when I was younger, but I thought it was appropriate for this thread.

Was perusing the Washington Post when I saw the best line from a review EVER regarding Fuller House (ugh).

There’s a point where nostalgia becomes more like necrophilia, and the Netflix revival of the old ABC sitcom immediately crosses that line.

Supergirl I didn't watch at all because I knew it would stink.

Gave it a full season. Underwhelmed. The characters didn't die soon enough, or at all.

The Dome and Supergirl were big letdowns for me. Gotham started out ok, but quickly went downhill in my opinion.
