I don't know how much work/variations of Bill you are up for... but I'd love to bash together a "street fighting" version. I think the hair would have to be altered, and going with a sculpted cap. I talked to one of our customizers awhile back about making a belt for Bill so I think that is one aspect we could get taken care of.

I have thought about the street fighter version....I'll let you know when I'm done with this one. I plan on making his "dandy" outfit but the knife belt would be killer on both versions. It's kinda his thing yah know, being a butcher and all.

quick update here- I haven't forgotten about "New York". I have to put him on the back burner for a little bit to do my other project. I don't want to overload myself. The head sculpt is done. I just don't have time to make casts yet. soon though. stay tuned.
