I'm hoping that since he has his S.T.A.R.S. outfit as an alternate costume in the game that we'll see a figure of that like we did RPD Leon. I'd be more interested in a RE1 Chris than a RE5 one, since I'm a much bigger fan of the early games. I'll take any Wesker I can get though, even if it is the RE5 version.

yeah i would think that would sell really well and we all know how Hot Toys love doing their exclusive variants.

don't know if this is really a spoiler, but you can also play as Wesker in his S.T.A.R.S. outfit in the mercenary mode. they can double up on him as well as Chris and Jill.

RE5 Jill. That's not Jill as I know her. Hell, if I wasn't told it was Jill I would never guess. I would much prefer to see her in her RE1 or RE3 outfits, but I know that's not likely as HT doesn't have the rights to those.

Hot Toys should seriously just get the rights and give us a full Resident Evil 1/6th line with Jill, Rebecca, Claire, Barry, etc. Then I would be in heaven.

Ok.the Executioner or Majini Chainsaw should have a new developed body... (and rubbered for sure) but design a new specific body for each of these Characters would be very expensive for Hottoys and perhaps the sales were,nt enough good.
The secondary characters dont sell very well you have the proof with RE4 Krauser and especially the Chainsaw Ganado aka D.r Salvador because they are still in stock.

I would bet for 2 Iconic and popular characters:Wesker (standard true-type body) or Jill Valantine (With Machiko body) besides the confirmed characters Chris redfield (muscle body for sure and perhaps with new and "biger" separate arms like "Dutch" Arnold ) and Sheva Alomar (Machiko body)

It'll never happen but after playing RE5 I remembered how much I love these:

A 12 inch Licker would be awesome.

You could maybe look at NECA's Licker. It was ridiculously oversized as I recall. It may not look too out place next to 1/6th figures.

I agree, it's frustrating knowing that we're probably never getting re monsters in 1/6 scale cause we all know how awesome they'd translate in that form if hot toys would make em'...

As cool as Wesker is, his outfit in RE5 is my least favorite. It looks like a cross between somthing you'd see in the Matrix and Metal Gear Solid imho.

It might not be coincidence. Afterall, the game that became Devil May Cry was originally Resident Evil 4, but they decided they didn't like the direction it was going.
