Of course. I'm not making my final judgement based on one proto pic. But it just doesn't look as good as other HT proto pics. Chris' unnatural pose and outfit (which I don't like in the first place) probably has a lot to do with it.

Anyone have an idea when these are going to be released?

I would say chances are slim for Sheva's joints to be covered up. Chris is just using the HT muscle body (which has been out for awhile now) but no muscle body exists for females.

Just like I thougt:The Machiko Body for Sheeva and Muscle Body for Chris but I preffer that this arms were separated from the body like "Dutch"

Good news!!

I have been comparing pics (wiith my Krauser too) and Chris Shoulders are slimer than Hottoys standar Musccle body and looks more like "Dutch" arms!!

I bet Chris has the same Dutch body with separate arms :chew

both figs look great but if i can, which i doubt i can wait longer, i'll get the chris in stars uniform if he ever is released. sheva is a must have too.

Exposed joints don't bother me one bit, the rest of the figure is beautiful and I'm sure Hot Toys will nail the likeness and the clothing is gonna be top notch.

The proportions on Chris look a bit off. To be fair I should have expected it from th use of the muscle body and because these are protos.

they bother me, which is why i'm such a huge fan of the muscle suits. but on the female figs because the arms are so skinny the joints stick out extra to me.

can't wait to get Chris and deck him out with a vest, elbow pads, and mini-gun.

They do look like "realistic" versions of their game counterparts.

Chris looks "scrawny" because he doesn't have a tiny head and long legs.

They should have a while back....if they haven't yet I would say there are probably not going until a license really needs it.

Yea, I was really hoping Chris would have the Arnie muscle suit, since I like how the arms are separated from the torso.

I guarantee you that someone will stick his clothes on the Arnie body....should be interesting to see how it looks and if there more of a difference in our heads then in actuality.

Oh, I like the Arnie suit more because it presents a better range of motion versus the standard muscle-suit. s'why it gets my preference.

I'd rather have the accuracy over realism. Chris looks like Chris because of those proportions. NECA got it almost perfect, so I'm hoping ht can do the same.. But i'll wait until we get better pics to pass judgment.
