Black Dynamite anyone?

Anyone ever make a figure of Black Dynamite? The more times I see this movie the more I love it. I think he would make a killer figure. I just need a good head to start with. Any ideas guys?

I really want to start working on this but I'm having trouble finding a good base head. I did get word though that sculpt may be in the works later down the road. I'm gonna keep looking though.
