With all the detail it'll probably be worth whatever they charge. It's really a one of a kind piece imo. Just dunno if I'll be able to swing it if it's over 300. But I'll sure as heck try.

People will ask what I paid for Indy and I'll say "280 bucks." then they'll ask about Blackbeard and I'll have to say, "350 bucks... but look at all the little buttons he comes with!!" Nah. Not gonna fly.

I guess from a properties collector standpoint thats true, but from a statue and toy perspective the Blackbeard blows Indy out of the water with a 50 lb cannon ball.

Eh, it's cool but that's arguable at the very least.

The Indy seems to have ultimate accuracy to the Indy character and it pulls it off incredibly well, but if anyone didn't have a clue who either Indy or Blackbeard was and just wanted the most dynamic and impressive mixed media statue, I think Blackbeard (as it appears in prototype form) may be the greatest achievement ever seen in this format.

Edit: As far as sculpting alone goes, I think the Creature from the Black Lagoon is the best ever, but considering mixed media: clothing, sculpt, pose, accesories, base, etc I think Blackbeard is the ultimate PF so far.
