300 (plus 5 percent fee) for the full figure? Are they asking for postage now as well? Ordering through Instagram is a little sketchy feeling, not to mention the fact that they apparently blasted someone's personal info out. I really wish they were going through a retailer.

I told them I'd pay postage later, when it's ready to ship.

Ordering through instagram is pretty standard when dealing with these studios.

I'd prefer to order through a retailer, but this keeps it cheaper, and hidden from Alcon's radar.

It's also possible their production capabilities are limited, and they want to keep numbers low to maintain a certain standard of quality. That might explain why the preorder window is so short.

Same, I'll just take the risk and hope it comes out good. This is one of the figures I expected to spend +$500 as I only thought I would only be satisfied with a custom quality figure. What Por offers it's not perfect, but it's pretty damn good.

Yup. Not perfect. But I'd take that coat over Yunsil's. And I'll take all the goodies that come with it for less than what that Yunsil coat costs.

Can’t believe I missed this thread all this time! In case anyone wanted the refresher, here’s the old “standard” for customs: JNIX/new Yunsil (forgive the bad coloring for the coat, haven’t had a chance to properly photograph since I got the Yunsil set):

I’ve since added the Mr.Nobody blaster but I still need some decent boots, I wasn’t a fan of how his turned out. All that to say, I can admit that the Por Toys set looks incredible even if I spent a fair bit on this set up. As others have mentioned, I’d totally jump on the set if Kit were offering it but the confusion and my general distrust of custom artists/studio pre orders turned me off. Surely something else will pop up to continue the obsession!

I like how your sculpt is painted. Yelim? That's pretty much what I was aiming for. But 357 botched it... which is why I'm eager to start over with Justina's sculpt.

That headsculpt looks beautiful, love it. Not a fan of the coat fur tho, but still it's one of the best K figures I've seen.

Yep, I was lucky enough to pick up the sculpt painted by Yelim. Almost certainly the only Yelim paint job I’ll ever own, and I’m glad it’s this one.

'A single head sculpture costs US$480'

I hope they maintain quality, if not I would've preferred only one good quality headsculpt and coat instead of two half-assed ones...
