Well this is a Blitzway thread... so we knew the first pictures would cause a **** storm...

So they changed his expression too from closed eyes to open? The hair looks like crap, but I figured it would be difficult to replicate that.
The sculpt and paint look so much worse than the prototype. I hope it's just the lighting, but I don't know if it is.

Right off the bat the outfit hasn't been fuzted at all, the shirt should be tucked etc. The hair is gonna need some work but then Hendrix had matted hair.
I'm possibly gonna go for a resculpt and have the eyes fully shut with a repaint, trim a little fur off the jacket if too poofy.
The medallion mainly silver one look tacky ( plastic I think)
The hat I'm gonna add real fabric too which is easy.
Dario posted that other pic so it has potential with right lighting or repaint.
With these pics in mind a full redress would help.
What's your plan for the guitar?

I'm gonna fix the sun-burst effect, change the guitar strap (should be light brown leather) with silver buckle (might steal buckles off Jack Sparrow--if a close enough match), mat the hair (not sure about re-paint on HS--but I might tackle it) deffo needs a re-dress, the fur is wrong--should be shorter (like rabbit), use cloth on the hat as you suggested.
