I have been waiting for these a lot longer than a year. Ghostbusters have been on the very top of my wish list ever since i discovered these type of 1/6 figures several years ago. 2nd on that list is some of the marines from aliens.........if anyone over at BW is on here and looking for ideas

I got into buying HT long after the Marines had come and gone. But BW Marines would be a sight to behold.

As for Ripley, she was paid for 13th May 2016.

I would be so confused if I was a racist completist.

Nah all you would do is separate him into his own detolf , way in the back, and keep the lights off in that part....

Anyway no more talk of racism lets get back to the subject at hand: posing options!
I plan to do a scene in my detolf where Peter, egon and ray wear white sheets and cut holes out for their eyes. They then go to scare Winston at night outside his house. Probably have to carry some fire torchs so they could see (don't want to trip over or anything). Maybe set fire to a crucifix or religious item to really scare the crap out of him. Haha that would be soooo funny Winston would think it was a blast!

Sometimes satire can be so tone deaf and stupid that it becomes as insensitive and problematic as the thing that it is satirizing. The satirist becomes part of the problem too. The above post is an excellent example of this!

Don't get me wrong trying to find ulterior socio-political motives for why someone buys a 3 pack instead of a 4 pack is silly...making light of torches and white sheets right now in the current climate is anyone's prerogative but don't be surprised if others may feel that it is "too soon" anyway back to the figures!

So...anywho...I plan on doing a lot of fun stuff with my Egon and Peter. I'm pretty sure they're going to "catch" my age of ultron Hulk and will do battle with Yoda, Kylo Ren, and not sure who else yet. I plan a lot of Pke Readings where Egon scans various characters(maybe Robocop, Rocket Raccoon). Fun times ahead

When it comes to fictitious characters, I've always felt like creating a character of a particular race simply so that way people of that same race can relate to him or her, is one of the worst reasons you can create a character if your whole idea is to be more "diverse" and improve race relations. That's basically putting skin color at the forefront and essentially saying, "if this character first and foremost doesn't look like me, then I can't relate to nor like him or her at all." To me, you should be able to relate to and like a character based on his or her qualities, attributes, flaws and their trials and tribulations. Not their skin color, gender, etc.

Ironic that the character who was created to be relatable based on his life experience, is the one people are passing on.
