The Toy Ark review is very positive:

"The faces have a slightly translucent look to them, making them look eerily realistic in hand. They uses multiple fine washes to simulate shifts in skin tones, splotches and assorted markings on the skin. If you look closely at the eyelids, you can even see tiny painted eyelashes."

That doesn't sound like they are terrible. I Am Toys was adamant we wouldn't be disappointed and he has them in hand. I'd prefer to go by that than panic over a few average pics.

Set looks good overall. Gear, clothing, light-up packs... all exceptional. Slimer's small but has a nice glow.

Not trying to troll but compared to the proto these are really poor.
Blitzway dropped the ball on the fight club figures between proto and mass distribution and they've done the same with these

^^ Winston feels like the Stay Puft MM man at that size - and just as scary.

And yeah, Slimer always felt like a larger being to me than the way BW has done him. He almost seems like a 6" scale figure, not 1/6. Nicely done, but feels too small for Slimer, at least in the way I remember him.

The vast majority of reviews I've seen spoke very highly of the Blitzway Tyler Durden figures so I'm surprised those are being put down as failure by some Freaks.

It seems they have made Winston too glossy but hopefully that can be fixed. Count me as still super excited for these.

I preordered Venkman. I am happy with him despite he is a bit on the chubby side.

He still reminds me of Bill Murray, so it’s OK.

Both Fight Club figures are about as good as 1/6 scale gets...I think most who are critical of them are judging by the first bad cell phone pictures and do not actually own them or have seen them in person.

Hopefully winston is not as glossy in normal shelves. Sculpt is good when it doesn't look like he sprayed his face with Pam and oiled it up with some lard.

Some serious naysayers already for what are obviously VERY blown out pics.....those shots are totally washed out.....I don't know what he was shooting them under....halogens???? I am guessing that Winston Gloss look is all lighting.....I think the sculpt is there...its just so blown out from bad photography. You can tell its over lighted by how bright the suits are...

So much for steaming off the early picture panic.

Toys will clear it up with the 4K.....

This clearly falls under the "first bad pics" panic....as always....

And anyone who thinks Tyler was a failure need to have his eyes checked.....I like the final more that the proto......
