a lot of times I find 1/6 figures cheaper on ebay. so YES i do!

are you talking about brand new figures, preorders, or 2nd hand market?

because when a seller decides to put up a PO at lower than online store price, they still lose another 15% on the ebay fees, so either majority store is racking up high margin profit or the ebay store managed to get their stuffs way below distribution price, either that or they just want your money.

Usually just after, maybe a few weeks, after the figures have started shipping out from HK. Deals can be had aplenty.

Preordering on eBay is foolish unless you're going with one of the big shot distributor stores.

yea, the robe's the killer when they showed Tyler leaning against the wood. i hope there will have a bootleg Spike Hair sculpt so we can have 2 spike hair tyler.

not really fancy the bald head version & the "Prima Donna" feather jacket, but them accessories looks cool.

Very late reply, but that's completely wrong. Tyler's ideology is purposefully just as meaningless, empty and based on trite homily as the shallow capitalism he rails against. That was Palahniuk's entire intention that he's been very open about when questioned, Tyler Durden is a false messiah for Generation X.

And the tax you pay now is only portion for the deposit. They will charge you more tax when you pay the rest of money.

So it will be around $50 tax
$443.99 + Shipping + $1.85 handling + tax $50
With lowest shipping, it will end up somewhere $509 for me.

BBTS $497.99 + $6.25 flat rate saver shipping = $504.24 for me.

Rocky maybe since they already have the sculpt know-how?

I heard a while back that Storm Toys has the 1/6 Rocky license. But maybe it is Blitzway since they are releasing the 1/4 version. In terms of sculpting quality Blitzway would be my preference, but they only release one or two figures a year, and would probably only do Rocky. Whereas I think Storm Toys would produce 2-3 Rockys, Apollo, Clubber and Drago, plus fight damaged head sculpts. I have the HTs figures, but it's definitely time for an update.

This is why I'm getting out most customs. for years th was the only way to get some of these characters. Now between Rainman, Iminime, Blitzway and some company I can't recall, there will be 4 versions of Tyler, plus the variants.

For me in CA it's $247 shipped vs $260 @ BBTS for the Red Jacket. CA tax is 8.25%.

Let's take another look at this brilliant A.K. Kim sculpt... it's one thing to nail a likeness, which is extraordinarily difficult, but to capture such a lifelike expression is just crazy good. So glad I have her BD Robo as well, another masterpiece...
