Alright my preorder deposit is in.
I don’t have many pieces anymore so this will be my single ultimate Bruce Lee piece!

Does anyone know what the differences were between the two version of the 50th anniversary bruce lee statue. I know one has rooted hair but are there any other differences? One is $500 and the other is $1000 so I assume there are more differences but maybe not

Nope, they are the same.
Rooted hair done well is a lot of extra production work.

Rooted version looks great but not great enough to make the sculpted version pointless, which is nice.

Definitely not pointless.
I’m actually wondering if I’ve made the right choice with rooted hair because at the end of the day, these are dust collectors on shelves … sculpted hair might be wiser long term

The head of the rooted version is resin the head of the schulpted is pvc

Supposedly both versions will have the resin sculpts, they announced on FB a few months ago that they were upgrading all their pieces to resin going forward.
