Thank you for sharing. Portrait looks very good. Your cowl because of the way you attached it to the cape sits better, but the shape of the spikes are sadly still has the same issue. Especially the left side where they are pointing forward. Other side is a better.

By the way you did try the hair dryer trick and the PVC did not soften?
This is after 10 minutes under the hair dryer. Looks good from the front. I'll probably do it again to get it flatter, but it's tricky to get it to match the shape of the bat symbol and get it to cool quickly enough. I think some double sided tape to hold the cape against the body right around the symbol would help too. I understand why they put the symbol on the chest, because the statue is rigid, as is the symbol. The mask is rubbery. Basically like the real mask would be.

Now that's looking good! So it looks like it can be done! How did you heated the cowl? Was it on the statue or did you removed the head for it? Also did you hold it in place and waited for it to cool down naturally? Can you tell me how did you do it exactly? I would like to do this on mine.
