Boba Fett PF or Iron Man Classic Com

Just a question to BOTH StarWars & Marvel fans.
I'm contemplating on selling/trading my Boba PF for an Iron Man Classic Com. Do take note that the Boba PF (EX) has never been displayed or taken out of the box & is #27/1000. I know some will say "whichever character you like better" in which I respond that they're both such iconic characters that it's a tad hard to decide.

Opinions?

I say stick with the Fett. In my opinion the PF is the greatest (full body) collectible of the character out there. The thing just has presence. There is tons of awesome IM stuff out there, unless you're a die hard fan of the classic look. Anyways, my 2 cents

I agree with this 100%. I've been going banana's for Iron Man collectibles but imo the Fett PF blows the IM classic com out of the water.

I'm hoping for an IM com that is based off the character likeness in the films b/c I genuinely dislike the current IM com. That's sinful to say but I'm just being honest.

Fett all the way all day on this one.

Just my two cents but there are millions of iron man collectibles but not millions of ol school iron man ones especially not in this scale. I like both pieces though pretty much equally.

Isn't the Boba Fett PF made of a lighter, cheaper material than later PFs? I own the Iron Man, and do so because it is the most iconic Iron Man costume period IMO (plus, it just looks damn good). My only issue with IM is the pose. I think the Tony head looks terrible, though, so don't agree that you need the Ex. I passed on Boba because of the apparent quality of the material and the fact that a better one (with a better pose) will no doubt be released sooner or later. But it does look good. . .lots of factors for you to consider here.

The Boba Fett PF uses plastic instead of polystone, but it's not because it's an earlier PF. My guess is it was a technical decision made for production logistics. Regardless, most everybody who has the statue in hand says that once you set eyes on the piece, you could care less that they used plastic on it And I'm inclined to agree that they'll release another Fett PF eventually, given the popularity of the character, but it's not a certainty (as far as I know).

I agree. Fett is one of my favorite PFs. I have had him for about 2 years and I always look at him like he is brand new.

If its an EX, hard decision, I would base it on whats more expensive. If not a EX IM, then just keep the Fett. The IM Com reg ain't too hard to come by.

The Classic Iron Man is one of the few pieces I wouldn't trade for anything. It holds a special place for me with the huge American Flag on display. It's the first thing people see when they walk into my house.

I'm a huge SW fan (Have more SW then Marvel by 5 - 1) but nothing can touch the pride of displaying that iconic statue with the flag. Nothing. Not even the Fett.
