I think he wants to know how much of a discount the retailers get on their Sideshow purchases. Sideshow is not going to answer that in this thread, and it is unlikely that any of the retailers are going to answer it either.

Oh man, I hate to say this because I have this thing pre-ordered and have been looking forward to it for months, but that helmet is WAY OFF. What the hell have they done to it and is that what the production piece is going to look like? Everything else about the statue is PERFECT, but someone screwed the pooch on that helmet big time. All they had to do was look at the helmet sculpt on the Medicom 1/6 to see how it's supposed to look.

These are GREAT points Brent...I actually made these points a few times earlier in this thread too. The RAH Fett has the CORRECT helmet that's 'angled' out at the bottom, not straight on both sides. And the great shot of Boba in his ROTJ gear above (Special Thanks to Khev, I grabbed it from his post) shows this 'angled' out helmet too. It's always bothered me, ever since we saw the FIRST images last July, that the helmet was too straight and rounded, not angled enough (Never mind that I also thought it was WAY too small originally also, but it looks like they might have adjusted the size a bit if not the shape).
Now some photos I've seen from TF 2007 make the helmet look quite alright (at least scale and detail wise) while others make it look weird (like those extreme close-up 'fish-eye' type shots on Rebelscum). I'm sure we won't know completely until the production piece is released and we have it in-hand. I do hope that helmet looks better though...
And you are totally right about the rest of the piece too Brent, it looks INCREDIBLE! If only SS makes the helmet shape and size as accurate as the rest of the piece. Guess we'll know in a couple of months...

Seriously, only the comparison shots made me see flaws. And even if his head remains too small and unpointy, well, at his scale it'll just prevent him from appearing too doll-like.

The bottom of that helmet can easily be seen as flawed even without the comparison shot. As I said before, I've had this thing on pre-order for months and have been looking forward to it more than any other release from SS, but I really hope the final production helmet doesn't have this problem. If so, it will be a MAJOR disappointment.

I just had the first Flex Pay installment taken out! I would love for them to take the other two out when it arrives, but I wonder what the deal is here!

I do too.... My first Flexpay was a few days ago... would be odd to have it ship out to everyone a month or so before my last payment...
