I don't know how you do it, but you make these sculpts look real - the skin tones/texture and eyes - I would swear that I'm looking at a photograph of a real person.

That's what stops me from commenting in some custom work threads. They're updated so often with such incredible work like this , that you need to get out the theasurus everytime you want to compliment somebody.
