Ok, here it is:
Condition: Excellent to near mint (one scratch on the head, one on the shoulder, a bit of paint rub/scratch on the bottom of right hand, some base marks).
Size: 1/5 scale, this one is 15 inches including the marble base.
Weight: 22.5 pounds.
Edition Number: #29 for the statue, #11 for the Alter Ego bust. There is no certificate.
Original packaging: No original packaging.
Well as I have said before, these Bowen bronzes capture a different era in sculpture, and for me, it also captures Randy Bowen at a time when he arguably put statue making on the map in collectables. He also caught the essence of the original comic characters in these sculpts. These two reasons were major factors in my pursuit to purchase them at a reasonable price.
Very retro looking pieces, based on the original sketches of these superheros.
As for details, the Spidey is the most detailed of the three and is truly remarkable in this medium. The one with the most presence is the Hulk, espescially with the coloring ... and yes, to really draw the art in these out, they need a great deal of light to be displayed properly.
Thanks for stopping by to take a look!
