Ive never ordered direct from Bowen before, does anyone know if they charge up front or only when the item ships out? also do they allow cancellations without penalty?

Anyone know if this is an Exclusive or will the retailers be geting them please?

I looked at the site to order and as a new customer I'd have to print and sign, then fax the form in so thats out.
Hopefully someone will be getting them as I would love this Surfer to go with my others.

Hulkbuster is cool...but I dont want to order direct from Bowen...hopefuly Razors Edge or Alter Ego will have them up soon....and for a cheaper price.

On the Hulkbuster - just commission a sculptor to create some legs for it,

I ordered the Surfer. I am tired of waiting for Sideshow to come through on one so Bowen gets my money. It'll look good next to my F4 diorama and She-Hulk F4 version from Bowen.

Just like Sideshow you dont get charged until it is ready to ship.Bowen recently did state over @ statueforum.com that he would start charging some kind of fee for cacellations.Hope this helps.

it's well worth joining the collector's club too. took my silver surfer bill from $198 shipped to $152. also allows you to purchase the very limited collector's club only statues and busts.

The Silver Surfer looks awesome, just wish it Chrome. Love a lot of his new Statues. especially that savage wolverine original look. I want that so he can attack my PF Hulk. That would be in scale no?

I think this new paint looks better than the chrome. Chrome is overrated. A lot of detail from the sculpt gets lost because the chome it's too damn reflective.

So far this is the best Surfer yet. I hope Sideshow takes note and tries to outdo Bowen.
