Re: No love for Breaking Bad?

Pretty sure Walt knew the call was being monitored. I think he tried to get Skyler and Walt Jr out of much trouble as possible. The whole Heisenberg thing was mostly an act in that phonecall. He's definitely going after those Nazis.

I think he knew that as well. How could she NOT be alone? Walt is too smart for that. He's got a few aces up his sleeve still.

It was just a series of unfortunate events... he meant well in the end. I hope he still comes out on top. :monkey3

The **** he did. He just told them all he'll never give them Hank's body. Do you understand how TWISTED that is?

Not to mention him calling Skyler a *****...which I'll admit, did remind me of the Skyler hate fan boys...:lol

Rian Johnson directed the hell out of this episode. Holy ****.

Time to watch Dexter and laugh. :lol

When Walt was on the phone I thought for sure he was gonna kill holly to teach skyler a lesson. All the pro Walter people would of have to stop defending after that.

Dammit I can't believe we have another ****ing week to wait!!!

Not really a spoiler just my opinion, altho it may be a tiny bit spoilerish for those who haven't watched it yet.

My heartaches for Walt having his family turn on him in that way, especially since he was willing to give up everything he worked for...80 million dollars for Hank's life. He has done everything for the sake of his family ...Transforming into Heisenberg to do the despicable things he did, and to have his son turn the way he did...heartbreaking. As people said...No more Walter White...Full on Heisenberg.

:exactly: .

I didn't think he would kill her. The point of him taking Holly was because he just saw that his legacy is ruined forever. The shot of them cowering in fear said it all.

Holly is his bloodline. His last chance at possible redemption. But she doesn't want him either. He has no one left. He has ruined everyone's lives. And will continue to do so until there is no one left.

Oh, for sure. No one wants to see that. And there's definitely still people, even myself, hoping to see Walt redeem himself, but he's digging so much deeper and deeper, I'm worried that he'll even lose himself. Those tears showed that a small part of the old Walt is left, but Heisenberg took over full force tonight. Don't see Walt taking back the wheel anytime soon, if ever.

Somebody just posted this on reddit. His pants from the first episode... nice touch!

Skylar did the right thing, this craziness couldn't have gone on much longer.

And yeah, Walt didn't kill Hank and did try to save him but it was stupid to make that phone call and imply that he was the one who disposed of him. At that point, he should have just thrown in the towel. But nah, Walt's hubris is always getting the best of him. He always has to take the credit and refuses to give it up. Gotta admit though, my heart did drop a bit for Walt with the whole "ma ma" scene with Holly. He realized that she needed her mother and had to give her up. We're pretty much at the flash forward soon, can't wait to see Walt take out these guys.

As for Jesse, we've seen him in worse scenarios. We've seen the left side of his face more broken and battered than tonight and I thought he was a dead man in season 3 with Gus and the Cartel. I remember thinking he'd be imprisoned by the Mexicans. Seeing Andrea and Brock in Todd's lab will be enough to motivate him to find a way to get out of this situation.
