But it's got Coolio, in a subplot that involves Coolio being framed for murdering a hooker, and MCD's Kingpin squeezing a bodyguard's neck until it breaks and his eyes are bulging out of his head.

That guy made Ghost Rider and When In Rome. He deserves no more of my time.

Ghost Rider is an Academy Award nominee compared to Ghost Rider 2, and most directors tackle ****ty payday Rom-Coms at some point in their careers. That being said, I'm not saying the guy's a great director, or even a good one, but, in all seriousness, Daredevil's director's cut was a lot better than the theatrical one.

Ghost Rider 2 has 3 scenes that are better then anything in Ghost Rider 1.

Sony pictures is a terrible company for putting restrictions on Neveldine and Taylor.

I'd beg to differ. That movie was completely ****, and, frankly, I think that Neveldine and Taylor aren't much different from the flies that circle the pile.
