Because Boba came with those little, stubby arms. Now they are the proper length and he can actually hold his blaster better, and he can also now touch his gauntlets.

I forgot to mention, I am also repainting a Rex backpack for my Clonetrooper Sergeant, based on his wearing one in one of my favourite games: Battlefront. (WHY aren't there any new versions of that game!?)
