I've read that the shoes were not accurate and pretty bad, what are you using for replacement?
What else can be replaced to make it better (save from the hs of course, im getting the bbkill one )

Got mine last week, but since it's going to be a present from my wife for Christmas I only got a brief look. Hey, I had to check to see that it arrived safely, right?
But from what I saw I thought it was pretty good! I was moderately impressed by the quality.

Just got mine through today! Happy with it, though you do notice a few things about non-Hot Toys figures - the wrist pegs feel very fragile and the shoes are definitely licorice-y! Otherwise though, a cool figure, the effect of the 'rained on' headsculpt is very cool, as is the wallet with the badge and ID. Was glad to get it for the preorder price, even if it did take forever to finally be released.
If anyone's interested, I now have an Android Hunter figure for sale - only issue with it is that one of the legs is locked into place (the base body it comes with is very cheap, the leg broke and had to be glued back in place). Still stands without any issues and is otherwise great - has the mk1 and mk2 headsculpts, very nice die cast gun, full outfit etc. Looking for $110 plus shipping but would also consider trades, PM me for pics etc.

Well I finally received my BBKill Deckard HS this morning and actually took out the Bros Prod Figure for the first time to assemble....this is my first purchase of a BP full figure and for the price paid (originally, not current price)...this is quiet the deal you get...my favorite part is the rain jacket which has wires at the bottom and collar area of the coat..great for posing...my only nitpick is that the inner suit jacket is way too big, but with proper futzing it can be made to look decent and the shoes are not accurate at all...overall a great purchase to put together a Blade Runner figure if you missed out on VM's

Looks great there Pajji. The neck seems a little long on mine, but it looks ok on yours there, I was going to cut it down but might have to take a second look now. I'm actually finding the wire in the bottomof the coat to be a real pain and was considering removing it.
That sculpt is great. I'd like to see one painted.
