I think this statue would have been a lot more desirable had they thought it through to get a DD out and on shelves first. Inevitably they would have had more excitement around Bullseye if there was already a solid companion piece.

Good point. SS did employ that exact approach by releasing the Hulkbuster Comiquette before the Hulk Comiquette. There are a number of people ready to buy the Hulk Comiquette with the idea of pairing it up with the Hulkbubster.

Exactly, I have no interest in the Bullseye statue whatsoever, BUT if I already had a kickass DD comiquette in hand, I'd probably snag this just to go with.

Hulk and Iron Man are solid enough characters that SS could put either out first and it wouldn't make much difference. Bullseye is not as well known and should have piggybacked a DD.

I'm hopeful for all of the people who ordered this that it turns out well. Bullseye is a cool character and deserves a good-looking statue.

bought the Bullseye EX, Hulkbuster EX, and Mark Brooks Scarlet Witch. .... I hope I like the pieces. I saw Scarlet Witch at a comic book shop and it looks fantastic. To me it certainly looks like the quality of all of sideshow statues is improving.

ok i see, i always though this ones biggest problem was in the muscle definition which for me looked grotesque

I think the Bullseye Comiquette is better than I anticipated it would be.

I'm not realy that interested in the character, although if I can get one for a good price I may get it.

saw it in person today. This statue is one of the 6 I recently bought at sideshow (still boxed up), and I have no regrets on my choices. The one below is what I saw today at my local comic book shop. Personally I think it looks pretty cool, not spectacular but not nearly as bad as everyone said it was. My complaint is that its 1/5. Its about the size of the Wolverine PF..

The face doesnt look THAT bad, I dont like the fact that the eyes are small. But it looks pretty cool in general. Cant wait to open mine and display.

I don't think Sideshow really changed anything because it looks as bad as always...

...maybe it was the lighting what made people believe so
