Yes i made it for myself. I have taken 2 times 3mm acrylic for it. One in dark frosted gray and the outer in opac white. The measurents for the cut out are calculated from various pictures from ANH detention block AA-23 and the legendary duel between Darth Vader and Obi Wan. I found the most on this site.
