The more I look at the EX, the more I love it. Actually, pretty happy the member who wanted to take over my order, backed out.... The clean version grows on me more and more because most of the figs made so far have a somewhat worn look, so this EX makes it even more unique.
Twice tried to pass it on to another member - Both times they backed out after a few weeks, now I am happy about it.
Think will keep it after all.

I'd go with the Droids for sure. I'm sure there will be another good Spider-Man down the road some time and it won't cost you near that price.

Indeed. Purely subjective.
I will say, however, I prefer the details of a weathered 3PO and R2.
