Yea, 3p0's head looks a bit off but, not worse then the Medicom figure, R2 looks awesome.

I think we are in for one expensive ride this year. First rhino, skaar, the Droids set, lotr rider, legendary statues, then the reg statues all at close to 400.00 shipped each one.

Yes so far my most expensive year in this hobby. Damn I gotta slow down.

I m starting to see a light at the end of tunnel. After these two, the Hulk Maquette and the Batman and Joker PFs I am done.

I have sold almost all of my older smaller statues to make room and raise funds for these pieces. I can't wait. But My collection will be complete. (I have said that before though). I mean if a better batman comes along then I could see selling the PF to upgrade but there are no other Star Wars items I want. I have a great TOD paint job Indy PF. I have my Conan PF and JAWS NTT and I got the Alien Maquette on the way.

I am almost there. This will be by far my most expensive year but I am ready!

I have no interest in a Chewie PF. The droids will be my only PFs of Star Wars. I could perhaps go for a New Vader if the Pose was Killer but the Droids represent SW best for me.

I use to have the original Vader and Fett. The Vader pose just never really worked for me and while Fett is cool and looks great he is not the best rep for Star Wars in my collection. These Droids have been a long time coming.

can't agree more.. the VADER PF is horrible IMO

to bad that this iconic character takes so long for a second take

Vader is, indeed, a great PF. Even better when you pair him up with Old Ben. One of my first and still one of my favorite PFs.

Thats the only vader I have and he is great. This PF Vader looks like a cheap toy made in china and the pose looks static and unnatural.. don't like it at all. THe Attakus is the best vader so far but there are just to many bad ones out there. I still hope for a new one similar to the attakus

..but.. back to topic..

Really do you think that Vader PF is more a toy made in china that a Vader of Koto ?? I respect your opinion, of course, but If something has koto it that they does figures more seemed to simply toys that the rest of companys ( Gentle Giant, Attakus, Sideshow... )

of course I don't consider the Koto as a real statue.. but it looks better then the PF Vader. LIke said, the IMO unnatural stance makes this piece look "cheap"

You haven't seen this Vader PF live or have you?
May it looks cheap from the pics for you. Live it isn't.
Pics often don't show the real dynamic of a piece like this.
Sometimes it only works when you are live, right in front and look at it.
