Finally picked up my COD 4 game. Maybe can pick up a game or two with everyone sometime this week.

just finished the single player campaign..... make sure you wait till after the ending for a.....well a surpise...just don't turn it off after you complete the game.....although i believe it opens this up and saves it. pretty cool.

I heard from a little birdie that Kit Fisto had a 'Melt Down' last night and possibly broke 'another' controller. Can anyone confirm that?

I can't confirm that. I pulled a BadMoon and left.

It is outstanding. I just wish I would have started playing it on veteran. I knew I had to beat it though. Assassins Creed and Drakes comes out this week. Then next week is the mutha release of the year in Mass Effect.

Didn't break a controller. I got pretty F'ing mad though. I kept respawning right into deaths and then 3 times in a row at the end of the last game I played I saw someone first, put a red dot on them, opened up with an M60, shot them and saw the little + symble pop up so iknow I was hitting them.....then, watched them turn around, shot a couple of times ( while I am still shooting them mind you ) and down I go while they keep running. No, I was not happy. It just made no sense. That was alredy on top of being knifed several times from what seemed like 15 feet away. I don't even think about using a knife that far away, but I love it when they run right through being shot just to knife you.

I wasn't in a good mood after that BS so I left right away after that last match.

If gaming made me that angry that I wanted to break stuff then I wouldn't play, where's the fun in getting yourself mad?

That's why I just signed off. When I get that mad there is no point in playing anymore as it's not fun. It's really about the only thing that makes me get that angry too. I am usually pretty easy going, but those online games can seriously piss me off sometimes. Most of the time it's only when I go through those "Spawn-die, spawn-die, spawn-die, spawn-die" moments.

I am going to start controlling my anger a little more though. It's not worth getting that angry over. I jsut got really fed up with how things went those last 2 games.

They really need to get their online working right on this game. I got invites last night and when I would click to join up it would tell me the game was no longer available. I did get in on the last match but then it put me on the other team.

I think we've all been there. I know I was one ass hair away one night to slamming my controller on Halo 3 when I just seem to die the second I would spawn, die 9 out of 10 times when melee'ing(even with overshields), and dropped from a level 33 to a 29.

I just accept there is bull**** going on, cheaters, and insainly better players out there.

You've got the right idea though, just time out, pull a Badmoonp), or just drink more.

One thing I have noticed, and I'm sure Ill Jedi, and the other Freaks that played last night can attest to, is there seems to be more than usual amount of *********s, and racist ******** that play COD4.

this is true... luckily im playing it on the PS3 so there aren't too many people with microphones so i just turn mine off.

I agree somewhat, but it doesn't come close to the amount of that you get on Halo 3.

Yeah, last night I thought I was going to have to murder someone for real. This group of guys started immediately attacking Ill for his name, before we even started the game. I got defensive, and trying to protect my friend... I just lit into these guys, so much that I threatened to slit their throats while they slept at night. Pretty insane. It was trying as Hell to play them without just losing my mind.

It probably helped that by that point in the night I had drank a 6 pack of beer and it was about 3 am.... But I just had about enough of these E-Bullies trying to push people around. Seriously, had I been face to face with them I probably would have tore their tongues out of their mouths. I was THAT mad.

But I still think that Ill, My Lord and I still brought the thunder in the end. And I started to find my groove as the team Sniper.
