Josh,

I will keep at it. I was just having an impossible time of it the last few matches. I would see people and unload into them with no effect and they would spin around and kill me in one shot. I kept getting nailed by spawn campers too which is seriously gay. I'd respawn and be dead before I could even take a step during that one match.

I think I need to start camping more. I HAE doing it, but the game tends to favor those that do it especially depending on the map. I just run around out in the open way too much.

what you guys need to do is stop playing so much team deathmatch, and start playing search and destroy more. that way it's more strategic and less run and gun. there will always be campers in tdm. search and destroy allows you to take up defensive and offensive positions and is more fun, imo.

Yeah, those last couple where rough for ya I know that. The spawn campers are my biggest gripe as thats a really cheap way of getting kills. The campers are an issue on biggers maps since they tend to use the sniper rifles a lot. Which just means I need to be quicker moving around.

I will play more of that if there's a large group but I admit I really just prefer TDM. I like the run and gun stuff. :lol Its like the old run and shoot offense. :lol

when you're on defense, you usually camp around the bases (there are 2 to 3 of them depending upon which map you play on) or hunt the person with the bomb.

when you're on offense, you have to plant the bomb at a base.

so i wouldn't say you camp more, no.

Once you learn the levels and where most people camp, camping pretty much becomes useless. If they are camping, then you chuck a frag/sticky nade or one of the gas ones. Once you do that, camping means squat. You might be killed a couple of times per match by a camper, but that's about it.

Yup, learn peoples patterns and it makes playing easier. I die most of the time moving around though I stick to the shadows as much as I can.

Yea, on the larger levels, I try to stick to the outsides of the maps and the corners. Most snipers sit there and aim towards the areas that traverse the most enemies. Stay towards the sides and you minimize that little bastard snipers.

Thats what I do. Like roundhouse I stick to the big outer circle that way I can hopefully see them before they see me.
