Still, I don't think MP DLC will change the gameplay on this to play on a consistent basis. It's more of a single player/co-op type of deal, which are usually short lived.

Capcom announces a new multiplayer mode for Resident Evil 5 and WILL CHARGE US FOR IT. I hate this trend of announcing stuff that should already be on the friggin disc.

COD has been out....RE5 isnt even out everywhere yet and theres DLC for $$$ already set to come out...thats BS on capcoms part.

Gears 2 most of that was Epics fault for not being able to meet there own deadline.

well i agree with you and disagree to some point. of course they want to make money on it and of course they want to show that they will support the game a few months down the road. however i don't think they need to charge for stuff on day one for something that should've been included on the release day.

yeah dude, but COD has the total multiplayer experience with several different game types, objectives, etc. where as RE5 you're just paying for an experience. charging for content is far different than charging for the option.

nobody is saying it's the best game in the world. we're just saying we enjoy it a hell of a lot lately, and a lot more than gears 2 right now... which isn't abandoning anybody.

I wouldnt be that hard. They could create them on PC then allow them to be uploaded to th COD site then downloaded via the game.

Kind like Guitar Hero did except you create map on PC. Wait didn't Halo have that option?

And Mark, i'm also backing up the fact that RE5 should have included a multiplayer vs experience. that's why i was comparing it to COD which comes with the experience. Should you have to pay for expansion packs/maps? Yes. Should you have to pay for the option to even have MP? No.
