Calling #284 Cap. vs Red Skull Excl.!? Anyboy here with that #?

There's a guy from Italy trying to say i sent him #284 instead of #303. He wants a partial refund or he'll file a complaint. I have pictures of the bottom of the color box and it is 303/450. That's the one that has been in my collection for years and is the one I sent him.

dp, sometimes when companies pack em they dont always match the statue to the # on the box. seems like your buyer is out to get anything.

I contacted Ebay and they say he will have to provide proof that the item isn't as described.

i had a tool sometime ago try to pull one on me also. he threatened and promised to ruin my perfect feedback score. i just said go ahead and please return the item to me at your cost and i'll refund your money + the shipping you paid. after about 10 emailing back and forth he finally pissed off and kept the items.
sometimes it's not the money, it's the principal of it.

He showed me a pic of the base and I can tell he rewrote the numbers. The handwriting is completely different than the normal numbers back then.

WOW that is really low, I mean really low to rewrite the numbers on the base, that means he basically ****ed the statue with a odd number.

I sold one of my Dooms on ebay a year plus ago and the ^^^^ sent me pictures of one in horrid condition and made the accusation that thats what I sent him.. Stained, dusty, broken up, but never showed me the edition number to verify after multiple requests.. W/ paypal, you never know what they'll decide.. I gave him 60 bucks to go away.. *******.

Check out their Policies. There are a lot of things that can help from having these buyers trying to take advantage of us.
I need to read up on them some more.
