Can anyobody tell me what anime this is ?.

I was watching this really late one night. It was japanese I think. It was about a young girl in school who liked a boy and other girls were teasing her about it. They ended up playing cricket somehow I think on a playground and as the movie went on the girl grew up and ended up going to a farm to live there and I remember another scene where shes crying in the rain and a guy picks her up in a car.



It was on film 4 if that helps. I have no idea what this movie was at all but I did enjoy it and was just wondering if anyone might know the name ?.
