Missed that part. Yeah that's going to be very difficult. Looking through some websites, the closest I could find in black is this:

It would need to be modified to look closer.
Here's another that would need a flap and straps with buckle added to make it look right. You would need to get the flap and buckle from another pouch:

That one leads me to think that an IFAK (Personal Medical) pouch might help you get closest. It has the zipper top detail.
One thing you could consider is buying a pouch that looks right but in a different color. I've had good results painting tan pouches black with black paint from a paint pen. It's difficult to get the pouch looking normal, apply thin amounts of black paint slowly to build up the color but not go so far that it looks like it's covered in paint. I also used some paper towels to remove any excess paint to slowly re color it. Dyeing won't work since these pouches are always made in synthetic fabric that you can't re-dye.
This camo one looks good:

Maybe this one in coyote with the flap modified and strap/buckle added:

This set has two pouches in tan that look close but need straps and buckles:

You used to be able to buy straps and buckles in the proper colors separately, but the website that I used went out of business. Now I think your only option is to buy something with the straps and buckles in the color you want and remove them to resew on your custom pouch.
BTW, Black Ops Toys is the type of website that you order things only with a discount code to get the items at normal prices, sign up for the newsletter for that code. (what I got in their recent email, "Use coupon code GETLOOSE to save 22% on all our in stock loose gear.") You can use that code as well.
Aside from that either keep your eyes on new figures being released that might have the pouch you need and wait for that figure set to get parted out somewhere and buy them asap or, make your own pouch from scratch.
