It rains just enough here to make it hot and humid.

I'm in Philly and it hasn't stopped raining since the beginning of this month. If someone told me it was April I would believe them.
The worst thing about it, bad weather means no pool time and there is nothing I love better than lounging by the pool and watching the ladies.

I know what you meen, being from Philly, I'm sure that you go to the Jersey shore. I haven't been able to go yet, I'm sure all those businesses down there are not enjoying this!

In Seattle? 29 days has to be some kind of record. And as much rain as you guys get up there, I am shocked that you all would miss it after only a month.

I do miss it actually and 30 days today is the new record. I remember a couple years ago we had 34 (I believe) straight days WITH rain and that wasn't a record.

I just heard on the news that it was a 27 year record for not having rain....but it sounds like it's coming tomorrow.

I remember when we had 93 straight days of rain - don't think that was a record either.

It could rain here and I'd be fine with that--we usually have a drought every year, so far we've got another 10 days of 90 degree sunny weather. Although there was a week a little while back where we had some really really bad storms, like tornadoes and stuff.

We had terrible storms here early this morning with more on the way later this afternoon and into evening. Some places they're predicting 4-5 inches of rain in a short period of time. High winds, hail and lightening. I sure I we don't get that because losing power and alot of rain causes alot of problems for me. I should get a condo.

ask them to send the rain over to Singapore........we haven't had rain for a week...and its super warm...
