The name plate is in the box. Although I like the exclusives for this line I didn't feel the need for a pic of it.
And don't feel bad for me. It doesn't bother me. I still think it's a great little piece. I just found it odd.
and Mesa I don't think that I can get enough air pressure to actually blow it out. It seems to be really adhered to the surface. I didn't use any solutions just a rag and nothing seems to be coming off.
It's not as noticible inperson. The flash really brings it out. It is there, however.
IF you feel like it, try a clean/unused makeup brush, those kind that sort of look like a paint brush. The may be able to dislodge the dust from the crevices and then hit it with a blast of air.
That actually looks like it could be shop dust (or, overspray) to me. Then again, it's not on the star (the head was probably painted separately). Interesting...
Are you sure its dust and not just a poor pain app? The "dust" seems to be at the edges of the scales where if the paint was sprayed on carelessly it might just miss those areas. AS in they sprayed form the top for the shoulders but straight on for the rest?
Yeah, same thing with The Thing. The day after I added my name to the waitlist it converted. They just don't want to put it on second chance because if you have to go through a waitlist you can't use points
no way.....dust can't be intenttional......what for ?
Why would sideshow supply you with dust anyway?.....
I'm sure they must know that we can manage to get our own.....makes no sense.
Looks like the design of the paint. Look at the seams on his mask, they are the same color. Looks like a wash or something to show the scales better. Also look around the neck, same color. It looks like an attempt to shadow the piece.
