I personally love the scale mail. XD I feel like we're getting super close to this in the movies and it was only a matter of time till the scale mail popped up.

Looks like the outfit he wears throughout the movie...just with added scales.

The set photos show that outfit but WITHOUT scales. Will they perhaps be CGI'ed in?

I think having the chain mail is a cool idea to bring an element of his look from the comics in, but it's really not necessary unless it's part of the story line. Like he added chain mail to help fight bigger baddies.

It's been assumed that the shots we've seen are from the very beginning of the film. In which case, it could very well be a "let's make a new costume that works better thing" ala The Dark Knight early in the film. I doubt they'd plaster that image all over all the marketing material if it wasn't something present in a majority of the film.

Yup, pretty good for a teaser. That scene with Winter Soldier and Cap against Iron Man looks like it's going to be amazing.
