pretty sure Spider-man is with Cap in the Comics

It's not a bad list
It would make sense for Hawkeye and Ant-Man to side with Cap, since they both have families they'd like to keep safe. Winter Soldier and Falcon are no brainers. I could've seen Scarlet Witch and Black Widow go either way, depending on how they'd want to play it. Natasha's loyalty to Clint? Or cleaning up her ledger by putting it all out there?

The Hawkeye siding would surprise me. He's already on the government payroll, so he doesn't need to get newly registered or anything. But I'm still not sure exactly how the Registration Act is supposed to function in the film version, so I can't heavily speculate without knowing what it is that is going to be affecting people. The two things that make it problematic taking the comic analogy too far are first, obviously, there's only about 15 heroes in existence in the movie-verse, so who cares? And second, most of the guys we do know of have already publicly revealed themselves and/or work or have worked for the government in the past (these lists include Banner, Cap, Stark, Hawkeye, Widow, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Falcon, and War Wachine! Only Winter Soldier, Lang, and Spidey seem to be new elements, unless Daredevil gets brought up, or someone else new.)

I agree wit the n1 on each list

So it looks like most of you haven't read Civil War, because you're guessing Widow will betray Stark.
That could be but it didn't play out that way in the pages:

In the comics, shapeshifting Hulkling posed as Hank Pym on Iron Man's side as a mole and Tigra was the traitor among Cap's ranks. I don't believe Hawkeye was around and don't forget the Thor clone killing Goliath! So who knows how the movie will go.

So what is the deal with Tom Holland's Spider-Man suit?

Here is what I know according to sources.

Spoiler territory for those who might not want to know.

In the movie we are getting TWO Spider-Man suits.

In the beginning of the film we are getting the home made version of the suit that has been heavily rumored, that's for sure. Check out an interpretation of the home made Spidey Suit made by fan art rock star Bosslogic.

What about the second version of the suit?

That one Peter Parker gets towards the end of the film from Tony Stark that features the traditional blue and red color scheme. Comicbook did a story over the weekend stating that,
“There’s a version of the Spider-Man suit out there, which is absolutely blue and red with black webs.”
Again, that is the one Tony Stark is going to make for him. It's been previously reported somewhere that the home made version of the suit is the one Spider-Man rocks in Civil War & the standalone film. Doesn't make sense and my guys tell me otherwise.

Think about it, Marvel is in the merchandising business. It makes sense from a merchandising standpoint to sell two versions of the Spider-Man suit. Has Captain America rocked the same suit in every movie? No, he has a different one in each film. So why would Spider-Man wear a home made suit throughout two films? That would mean Marvel is leaving serious merchandising money on the table and Ike Perlmutter ain't having it.

The source is sketchy but there you go.

This image is either our first look at the new Spider-Man, or a very convincing fake. It's said to be from the Captain America: Civil War footage that's set to be screened at D23 on Saturday, but we haven't been able to verify its legitimacy - and let's be honest, the fact that he's got the mask on means a pic like this would be a lot easier to manipulate. What do you guys think?
