Captain America Leather Jacket

Not sure if this is the best place for this post, but I guess you could consider this a prop....

Anyway, I'm looking at buying a nice Captain America jacket. While the UD Replica outfit is the best, it's well out of my budget.

I do like the Avengers look, but prefer the First Avenger look. I found these two on Ebay:

My reason for this post was to ask if anyone here has bought either of these, and your thoughts on leather vs. faux leather. For as often as I'll wear it, I don't think it's worth the extra $$$ for genuine leather. Looking at the photos in several of these auctions, they look exactly the same. And obviously I can't see them in person. So any help would be appreciated.

As a side note, it's pretty funny that a bunch of the auctions for these show photos of the Hot Toys figures.

Just to give some feedback on this, I ended up buying the faux leather jacket. It's very nice, but was undersized. I'm 6'2" about 200lbs and the XL was very snug on me. So I bought a 2XL and it fits nicely.

I've worn it to SDCC and today to D23 and I get a lot of compliments on it. No one can believe that I got it on Ebay and only paid about $90 for it.

So if you're in the market, it's a very nice looking jacket. And it's very warm too.

I know a guy who can do custom leather jackets pretty cheap... mine cost $325 with shipping and motorcycle leathers... now can anyone point me in the direction of a quality shield replica... don't want to wait for efx to get their **** together.
