I was browsing and the Captain America PF is available at Razors Edge.I dont know what the difference in price is as ive not got one myself but they are $309.99 with Mike.

Mike = The best imo.
I personally would rather pay a little extra to get the kind of friendly and professional quality and expert packaging you get from him, rather than some random ebayer I didnt know.
Just my opinion of course.Each to their own.

I have bought things from Mike for years and have yet to be let down.I have complete faith in him.

very true. It all comes down to the individual that's paying for the piece. If they want to go as cheap as they can then Ebay is probably the best route for them, however they are more at risk as they won't know the seller, or whether the item will actually be posted out (extreme I'll admit but still possible), whereas buying from a reseller (especially one that is recomended) is usually far more secure.

I personally would spend a little extra and be at ease knowing that I am being taken care of.

He's charging his cost. I don't think there's any jacking up going on here. Shipping on this beauty cost me over $32 from SS (now that is a rip off)
