Looks like the center stripe on his waist is now red. It was white in the proto. Not sure which I prefer.

Nice observation. The buckle is different and I wish the shield was thinner. Too bad it isn't metal, it appeared they were going in that direction with the prototype. The mask and face are a little too glossy as well. Other than that it's an awesome figure and I'm looking forward to receiving it.

I like it better red, you have white star just above it so the arrangement of red white blue colors play off each other better..

You guys, these in house pics were taken with a flash, let's wait till we have him in hand before judging any glare or glossy issues.... :D

The proto on left and production on right.

I can't wait for this to arrive, but I have no idea where I am going to put it!

I wouldn't go that far, it looks like there are several more holes in the belt so it can be tightened.

Yep. I'm sure the belt can be futzed with to look right, does look a bit saggy in those pics though...

Love those scales. And I definitely prefer the centered red stripe. Adjusting the belt looks like it will be as simple as just pushing it up into place.

The weathering on the production Ultron looks sweet and I never noticed the detail in his boots before:

Awesome!

The production looks great! The only flaw is that loose belt...hopefully it'll be tightened up.

I'm glad they tightened up the eye holes along his face and mask.On the proto the eye holes looked like they were hanging onto his face by his eyelids or something.

I preferred the shinier Ultron head from the prototype even though it make more sense to be "battle damaged".

Oh man, why did they make the production piece smaller than the prototype??? j/k In all seriousness, the paint aps look a little funny, but that could easily be the photography. I can't wait to get this!

EDIT to add: I don't know if the material is thinner but the pants definitely look a little different...

They did say that the materials they use on protos are not always available in China to use on the actual production pieces. This is a great example of different pants material, just like Mace's tunic.:monkey2

The shorts aren't as baggy on the production piece, that was my only nitpick with the prototype. I don't see that the material is very different at all though, just a slightly different pattern on the shorts.

Yo nash, if you decide to cancel, I'd glady take it off your hands instead :)

CAPT LOOKS GREAT!

it looks awesome!! best PF in a long time. best since Lurtz or John Wayne. like the red center stripe better. loose belt is all i can see, but it's an easy fix. all i can say is if the belt bugs anyone that much, please cancel. gotta friend who's waiting on the wish list lol.

Indeed material for pants is different...he's wearing sweat pants now...He's poor...:monkey5
