I would be lost right now without Waller. Hey Skiman, I have a question(off topic). Should you do a bench press at the beginning of a workout or should you do it at the end? How heavy do you go with your side laterals?

They usually pop up once a day throughout that Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. You have to watch for them throughout the day, what time zone are you in, I was watching last year around noon and the afternoon although that's not to say that items won't pop up at anytime, remember White Queen this year on Black and White Friday or whatever popped up around 2-3:00 a.m. in the morning.
