I think it's closer to the BiB Spidey than the Venom. Apart from base the pose is completely different from the Venom.

It's MUCH better than the Bowen's Carnage.

I don't think I've ever seen an Olivetti Spider-Man. I do hope that we get an Olivetti Iron Man, I like his take on the armor.
