How the hell did SS manage to mismatch the paint schemes on the basis?! It's even more of a fail when you consider the fact they're both perched on top of the Daily Bugle building...

The ironic part is that had Sideshow used the same exact base for carnage and venom. Or even the exact same color, collectors would have whined about the "laziness" of reusing the base and lack of originality.

I cancelled my waitlist for this I just got to much hot toys stuff comeing and a couple of pf i have preordered so I just stuck with collecting hot toys and premium formats.

I only collect PFs as well, but made an exception for Carnage and Venom. I see no way possible doing them in PF format, and since these comiquettes are 1/4 scale anyways, they look fine lined up with other Marvel PFs.

If you're a fan of these two characters, I would get them now. No way is SS going to do them better in another format anytime soon.

Just got mine today and I'm very impressed. I do wish the paint was a little better though. Like the white Venom symbiote there are areas that aren't painted enough and have grey showing through. Also have two small chips on his face It isn't anything major but just annoying. Really liking how this set is turning out and I can't wait for Spider-Man next year.

P.S. The exclusive was an absolute disgrace. Worst $10 ever spent. Going to cancel my exclusives for Spider-Man and Black Cat and just get the regular. I had low hopes for the print but man does it suck even more.

hey i just got mine today and opened him up and of course he's awesome, but i was curious if anyone else has received an attachable arm that has a totally different shade of red paint???
