Still don't know, what type of hair will be better - mohair or sculpted... (I want him next to Blade)

Thanks, I will make it from styrene with leather flat strip (of course with joint). Do you have better idea??

Nice idea, but I looked on some pics of him and there will be also much work like from make one from styrene and mainly his arm irons are now really expensive, but thanks for suggestion.

Well, I received all, what I want, so now only finished painting, add hair, make iron splint and mainly sew shirt and vest - I will appreciate any advice or pattern! I never sew t-shirt or something this complex...and it will be better dye pants to more black?

I finished little mod for his gun (UV filter, shiny glasses in ocular, ...). Little, but mainly UV is important for me.

Painted with flat coat and shinny on eyes....Well, I'm happy with painting and sculpting...but not with likeness =/ Now add hair and sew clothes

Well, I thought that gluing hair will be hell, but it's really funny Paint will be haircutting. And yes, he have really much hair, but there is many non-glued hair which I will remove when all hair I added.

I want show my 1st sewing. That isn't complete - must correct one shoulder and add neck and button section. And everything is still WIP

So, I finished him vest (only I must make and add buttons). So, now I must make splint, somehow dye jeans (to black) and belt and haircut. And he will be maybe finished. I know, I have many to learn, but for 1st sewing... (and in HS I'm still amateur...)
