I sent an email to ShowClix about my missing badge and I actually heard back from them today. Sadly, they told me that due to their partnership agreement with Reed Exhibitions, they were advised to refer any customer support related issues directly to Reed. So I sent Reed an email.

Well technically we chose that option by choosing regular mail. But yeah our CCs are going to care, they will reverse the charge.
