Super Freak
I did , but did not stand in line thanks to a freak for Mark Hamill
I did the same thing for the Robot Chicken show.

I remember that. Maybe you can return the favor at CVI.
Mark was one crazy line and pretty much chewed up half of my day, but we did have prime seats, and you did get to dance with a pretty amazing looking woman.
After failing at Lucas last year, and waiting all day for Mark, I think I have been pushed to the dark side and am considering upgrading to at least Jedi Knight for CVI. I want to be able to slide into the front rows of whatever I want to at the last minute.
Remember pussface?
A little reminder, we saw them in line for Avfin's "what's his name" Crumb prints, and every other time I saw that couple they looked miserable. I mean, jeesh, I guess they had a right to complain, but if I was holding this at CV, I think I would have remained fairly happy...
Why were they miserable?
I'm going to try to update my first post with attendees now, but if I miss anybody, please just PM me or let me know otherwise.
You know, I think there were a few instances where they felt cheated out of what was promised to them holding the Master badge. I think there were only 50 of these. They may have been sharing it, but a few meet and greets did not happen, and there were other things. Some of which can always be chalked up to the hired event staff not being aware of differences in the badges. Hopefully all of that will be cleared up for the next event, CVI.
Still, all of the staff I encountered were very helpful and understanding of our pain waiting and such. I even complimented the one girl running the lines outside of the theater. People were always being gruff with her, but I let her know she was doing a great job with what she had to deal with. Those lines are difficult.
Using the same location and Reed again will likely only help the next convention. I only hope I stand a chance at scoring one of the coveted Knight badges. But I have a feeling many will be in the same camp as me, and they will go in a flash.
Doesn't matter to me, I'm going to have the most amazing CVI possible, no matter what!
You should do a count down to, if its not to much trouble.
I'm anxious to see the auto list. I would love to add to my small pile of 1...lol.
We have a long wait for that, but I will say that the premier badges would most certainly come in handy for autographs as badge holders can cut the line whenever they like. Another three hours lost waiting for Carrie and Mark's autographs. But still a lot of fun, not matter how you cut it.
I waited with Boushh for Carrie, and she was such a delightful person. Then when I let her go ahead of me right before we entered the closed off portion for the autographs, the line was cut, as Carrie had to go off and do a photo op. Boushh pleaded my case and the guys running the room let me in as the last before the break. Thank the maker, I did not want to wait another hour or so for the photo session to take place after being there almost an hour and a half already!
Yep, Celebration, good times indeed.
Dammit, now the cat's out of the bag.
Note to gibby - they are quite expensive. Dont' quote me, but I think Master was $350, but that could have been Knight.
Would you say the Rosen Plaza is a decent alternative to the Centre, since the centre is sold out?
