Star Wars Celebration VI has announced that they will be featuring a gallery exhibit with more than 100 pieces of Ralph McQuarrie’s original Star Wars art, the majority of which had never been seen before.

Of course, as many Star Wars fans know, the artist behind the Star Wars films most iconic creatures, landscapes, and scenes passed away this year so this will be a fitting tribute. Plans for attendees of Star Wars Celebration VI include a video tribute on Friday in a special screening, a break from Celebration tradition to create three tribute prints to McQuarrei creating individual tributes to Ralph, with print sales proceeds going to Ralph’s wife, Joan, and on Saturday afternoon from 2:15-3:15pm, a panel will be held on collecting Ralph McQuarrie memorabilia.

Is anyone getting Zahn's auto?

I met Zahn a few years ago when he came to WA for a book signing. Nice guy. He signed all my Thrawn books.

Damn.. I just realized I still need to fix the padding in my clone helmet...

Shalamar - good to hear and congrats on getting them signed! :hi5:
What did you use to transport your books to keep them from getting damaged?

A plastic bag. :) I mean, I think it was a 20 minute drive to see him. :)

:lol

Lucky bastage.

He even signed them while I was wearing my Vader Costume!

All personalized, with my TK ID (Sl-4231)

Though one of the books he signed as 'The whiniest Vader ever', and when he went to add his signature, it looks as if the pen suddenly slipped off the page before he could finish...

2 out of the 3 of those aren't showing up at C6.

That's because you force choked him, right? :lol
