Well at least the sexist guy at the beginning wasn't white, lol. Otherwise I'm kind of surprised at how "non-woke" they're presenting this. Three girls who kick ass without us having to be reminded that they are HERoes every other second and one of them is even heterosexually interested in a *gasp* man.

You know I was thinking the same thing? This movie doesn’t come across as a modern movie with an all female cast would. It would be all in your face about how special this is and if you hate it your a terrible person but it’s just passing off as a regular movie with girls who fight and look sexy. It’s a movie that looks like it belongs in the 2000s. Maybe Sony just said **** that noice after ghostbusters

They are making that. Changing it up a bit for a broader audience. Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart. But it will be the same powerful story.
Exactly. I'm actually inclined to support it just for the fact that they're daring to make a movie that serves as *actual escapist entertainment* and not an agenda driven political lecture. Sure it looks silly and dumb but that won't necessarily stop it from being entertaining.
