Well spotted. I wrote that when I was at work and forgot all about it. Just checked and took some photos... man, I must have been thinking of another print/collectible when that number popped into my head.

no its not bad.. but not really interesting in this particular case. Just can not imagine someone displays him with the blaster and not with his bow

I'll be switching out the Ex & bowcaster from time to time.

I thought it was rather high at first but I guess the ex versions of Vader and Fett were made at 2000 and considering how hard they are to find now at a decent price 1000 Chewies actually sounds kinda low for an original trilogy Star Wars collectible.

for 1000 i would have liked to see them hike the price and do real hair. i would have bought it then. im wondering if the plastic fur has caused people to hold off? i know it did for me. wookies dont shine. well, not that way...

Think of the outcry then regarding Chewie?! I'm not condoning what SS pulled with the Ex droids, but either way they lose. Can't make everyone happy. Although, 200 on the droids was a tad on the low side.

I don't understand why they are so inconsistent. This exclusive is not a necessity or even that popular to most collectors, whereas a lot of people want the clean droids for their collection.

So is it 1000 for the ex? Then limited edition for the reg? I think I will pass on this one for now. I really believe even the ex can be had for less after release. A factor is the ex is lame. It's not a must have right away.

The regular release is not limited edition. They will sell through the ex and when that sells out, they will announce an ES for the regular a bit after that.
