I tend to agree. These are a diorama set. I can understand not having to obtain every single character that appears in Jabba's palace, but if you're going to get Jabba, the throne, as well as Crumb and his bugs are essential. The massive throne is made of polystone and is a statue in it's self.

If you can't afford it all, that's another thing.

Well, that's a lame statue you get for $200, IMO! Just for a laugh, everybody should try Sideshow's Bounty Hunter feature, and see what else you can buy for $200 on their site... . Like I said before, the throne is cool, no doubt about that, I just wonder if the price tag on this item isn't a bit out of range. Whether you can afford it, or not.

They do have the flex option on the throne which is nice.

If I couldn't afford the throne, I wouldn't have bought Jabba. Where'd I put him otherwise? It'd look kind of cheap to have him sit on the shelf or a piece of cloth or something.


Incidentally, I just counted my unshipper Sideshow Preorders. 28. Not including a couple Medicom imports I got elsewhere for cheaper.

Good luck, the low ES on that may make it difficult to find any cheaper than at a retailers.

If you'll remember, as soon as they announced the ES, he sold out at SS and most retailers the same night.

on the second however, there was some trick SS did that night. I was thinking to buy or not and when I saw the newsletter when announced, I went to order but it was sold out. So I am on the wait list and probably I will get it because it wasn't sold out at that time, may be SS sold 900 pieces and close it to have 100 for replacements..etc.
